HEY, I'M STACEY!

I began shooting weddings in 2014 when I reluctantly and nervously agreed to shoot a good friend’s wedding. I loved every second and have been hooked ever since!

I love everything about weddings: the excitement, the laughs, the emotions, the questionable dance moves and of course, the love. For me, there’s just something about capturing a wedding day, creating a visual memory and knowing the pictures will be shown to generations to come.

I honestly believe I have one of the best jobs in the world. I get to meet the loveliest people, spend time capturing one of the happiest days of their lives and celebrate with their family and friends. I get to travel; my job takes me to some of the most beautiful locations in the UK and Europe and my dream is to shoot weddings all over the world!

MY APPROACH

I believe that wedding photography should be honest, fun and natural. This is why I shoot with a candid, laid-back style- no awkward poses or hour-long formals. I go with the flow; documenting every detail of your day.

I’m a documentary style photographer which means I will capture your day as it happens so you are left with a collection of authentic, natural images that transport you right back to the moment.

A BIT MORE

I'm a northern lass, originally from the North East town of Hartlepool. I now live just around the corner from Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire with my fiancé Nic. Nic is also a photographer and is often my second shooter at weddings! We love working together and getting lots of ideas for our own wedding, that we will get round to planning eventually!

We met at The University of Huddersfield where we both actually studied music! After graduating, we put our hobbies in photography and film making to good use and set up our own business, creating marketing materials for Universities. Now, when we're not at weddings, we're running our creative content agency, Fat Panda Ltd. Check out our corporate photography, video and animation work below!
