Can we meet you

before booking?

How do we book you for

our wedding?

It’s not always possible for me to meet up in person with everyone who enquires, but if you’d like to have a chat before booking I’m always around for a Zoom chat or phone call! After booking I always try to get together with my couples for a coffee before the big day to discuss all the details and get to know each other!

If you’ve decided that you’d like me to capture your day (yay!) I will send over a booking form for you to complete and draw up the paperwork. I require a £400 deposit to secure your date, which can be paid via bank transfer. As soon as I receive this, you’re all booked in! In the run up to your wedding day I’m always around if you need any advice or want to ask any questions. Keep me in the loop with your plans, I love to hear how your day is panning out!

Are you insured?

Where are you based?

Absolutely! I have public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

I live near Sheffield but I shoot weddings all over the UK, and beyond!

We're getting married abroad,

do you travel?

How long do you shoot for

on the day?

I do! If you’re planning a destination wedding please do get in touch, and check out my destination page for more info on how to take me with you!

I usually arrive about two hours before your ceremony is due to begin, and start capturing the preparations. Then I stay all day until just after the first dance, or until I have captured plenty of embarrassing dance moves!

How do you deliver my photos

and videos?

How long after our wedding do we receive our photos/videos?

For photo only packages I deliver your photos digitally. You will receive a link to a password protected gallery to view and download your photos.

Due to larger file sizes, for film only and joint packages I deliver your films/photos on a personalised memory stick.

You will receive a sneak peek of a selection of images within a few days of your wedding. I always aim to deliver your photo gallery and videos within six to eight weeks after your wedding, however in busy times it may take a little longer.

What happens if you’re ill

on the day?

Can you use our favourite song on our highlights video?

Touch wood, I’ve never missed a wedding. If I absolutely cannot be there for whatever reason, I will send a replacement photographer/videographer with a similar style in my place. I am part of a wonderful network of friendly and supportive wedding photographers who are always willing to help out in cases of emergency.

Due to copyright reasons it isn’t possible to legally use commercial tracks on your wedding highlight video. In the early stages of editing your film, I search through a library of high quality, cinematic, copyright free music to find a soundtrack which reflects the mood of your day. I can involve you in this process if you’d like to help choose a track!
